Instructions
- Wash rice and drain; combine with water and salt to taste in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
- Simmer, loosely covered, 45 minutes.
- Rice should be tender and most of the liquid absorbed.
- Let stand for 5 minutes; drain.
