Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked, cooled rice
  • 3 Red Delicious apples, cored and chopped
  • 1 c. shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 c. shredded carrots
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 c. salad dressing
  • 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Combine cooked, cooled rice, chopped apples, shredded cabbage, and shredded carrots in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, blend sour cream, cider vinegar, sugar, salad dressing, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the rice mixture.
  4. Toss to coat evenly.
  5. Chill until ready to serve.
