Ingredients

  • 17 oz. can cream-style corn
  • 17 oz. can whole kernel corn
  • 1 package Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/4 cup butter or oil
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Drain liquid from the can of whole kernel corn.
  2. Mix together the cream-style corn, drained whole kernel corn, and cornbread mix in a bowl.
  3. Add the beaten eggs, melted butter or oil, and sour cream to the mixture.
  4. Mix well until combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9 x 9-inch baking dish or 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour, or until set and golden on top.
  7. Optional: Diced ham can be added to the mixture before baking.
