Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups diced peeled apples
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups packaged pre-cooked rice
