- Prepare biscuit mix as directed on the package.
- Roll dough on a lightly floured board to about 10 x 12 inches.
- Spread honey evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
- Combine cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and sugar; toss with peeled and chopped apples.
- Spread the apple mixture evenly over the honeyed dough.
- Roll the dough tightly like a jelly roll, starting from one of the long sides.
- Place the rolled dough in a greased pan with sides and bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
- Slice and serve warm, optionally with whipped cream or hot vanilla sauce.
