Apple Stuffed Ham

Instructions
- Saute celery and onion in butter until golden.
- In bowl, combine celery, onion, apples, stuffing and parsley.
- Slowly add 1/2 cup melted margarine.
- In roasting pan, layer stuffing mix between ham slices.
- Spread jam on top.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Makes 6 servings.
