Apple Stuffed Ham

Ingredients

  • melted butter or margarine
  • 1 c. celery, chopped fine
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 (16 oz.) can apple pie slices
  • 1 1/2 c. herb stuffing mix
  • 1/4 c. snipped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. apricot jam
  • 2 center slices ham (1/2-inch thick)

Instructions

  1. Saute celery and onion in butter until golden.
  2. In bowl, combine celery, onion, apples, stuffing and parsley.
  3. Slowly add 1/2 cup melted margarine.
  4. In roasting pan, layer stuffing mix between ham slices.
  5. Spread jam on top.
  6. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Makes 6 servings.
