Applesauce Rice Pudding

Instructions
- Stir applesauce and pudding mix in a large saucepan.
- Stir in milk, rice, egg, and cinnamon.
- Cook and stir on medium heat until mixture comes to a boil.
- Remove from heat.
- Cool for 5 minutes, stirring twice.
- Pour into dessert dishes or a bowl.
- Serve warm. For chilled pudding, cover surface with plastic wrap or wax paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Stir before serving.
