Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup oleo
  • 12 oz white chocolate
  • 1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow cream
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 3/4 cup dried apricots, diced

Instructions

  1. Boil sugar, sour cream, and oleo for 7 minutes.
  2. Stir in white chocolate until melted.
  3. Add dried apricots, pecans, and marshmallow cream.
  4. Pour into a buttered 9-inch square dish and cool.
