Ingredients

  • 1 lb. turkey or lean kielbasa
  • small jar apricot preserves
  • small can apricot nectar

Instructions

  1. One day before the party, slice the kielbasa into bite-size pieces.
  2. Mix apricot preserves and apricot nectar to create a pourable sauce.
  3. Pour the sauce over the kielbasa pieces and refrigerate for 24 hours.
  4. Prior to the party, microwave or bake the kielbasa to heat.
  5. Arrange the heated pieces on a serving platter with toothpicks.
  6. Serve with hot mustard for dipping and enjoy warm.
