Ingredients

  • 12 egg noodles
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 16 oz cottage cheese
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 8 oz can drained apricots
  • 2 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  3. In a large bowl, beat eggs and stir in sugar and salt.
  4. Add cottage cheese, sour cream, melted butter, drained apricots, and cooked noodles to the egg mixture. Mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle additional sugar on top if desired.
  7. Bake for 1 hour until golden and set.
