Apricot Mold

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 large packages apricot jello
  • 1 large can apricot nectar
  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 can mandarin oranges

Instructions

  1. Heat half a can of apricot nectar and dissolve the dry apricot jello in it.
  2. Add the remaining cool apricot nectar to the dissolved jello and mix well.
  3. Pour half of the mixture into a mold and refrigerate until firm.
  4. Mix cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth.
  5. Drain mandarin oranges and add them to the remaining jello mixture.
  6. Pour the orange and jello mixture on top of the firmed jello in the mold.
  7. Refrigerate until set.
  8. Just before serving, top with Cool Whip if desired.
