Apricot Mold

Instructions
- Heat half a can of apricot nectar and dissolve the dry apricot jello in it.
- Add the remaining cool apricot nectar to the dissolved jello and mix well.
- Pour half of the mixture into a mold and refrigerate until firm.
- Mix cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth.
- Drain mandarin oranges and add them to the remaining jello mixture.
- Pour the orange and jello mixture on top of the firmed jello in the mold.
- Refrigerate until set.
- Just before serving, top with Cool Whip if desired.
