Ingredients

  • 8 oz. can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
  • 3 oz. pkg. orange jello
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 4 3/4 oz. jars strained apricot baby food

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed pineapple and orange jello in a saucepan.
  2. Cook over low heat until the jello is dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat and add sugar, strained apricot baby food, and cream cheese.
  4. Mix these ingredients well, but do not beat.
  5. Chill until slightly thickened.
  6. Fold in whipped topping.
  7. Chill until firm before serving.
