Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 sticks softened butter or margarine
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 large Cool Whip
  • 4 1/2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Combine flour and softened butter; press into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  2. Bake at 350°F (175°C) until light brown, about 15 minutes.
  3. Let cool completely.
  4. In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sugar, and half of the Cool Whip.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
  6. Top with remaining Cool Whip and chill before serving.
