Ingredients

  • 3 large fresh tomatoes, chopped fine
  • 2 fresh cucumbers, chopped fine
  • 4 fresh green onions, chopped fine
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped fine
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop the tomatoes, cucumbers, green onions, and mint leaves finely.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Chill the salad before serving.
