Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup shortening or oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1/4 cup diabetic sweetener
  • 2 cups chopped apples
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup nutmeats
