Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted margarine
  • 1 (7 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
  • 2 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup whipping cream, whipped

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted margarine; press onto the bottom of an 8-inch square pan.
  2. Combine Marshmallow Creme, melted chocolate, and vanilla; mix until well blended.
  3. Gradually add milk; blend until smooth.
  4. Fold in whipped cream.
  5. Pour into the prepared pan and freeze.
