Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 4 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 4 egg yolks, beaten
  • 8 marshmallows
  • 1 c. whipped cream
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Cream butter, salt and sugar.
  2. Dissolve mustard in small amount of vinegar and add to the butter mixture with the egg yolks and remaining vinegar.
  3. Cook in a double boiler until you're sure the egg yolks are done.
  4. Add the marshmallows and stir to dissolve.
  5. Chill.
  6. Fold in the whipped cream and chopped nuts.
