Ingredients

  • 1 round loaf bread, unsliced
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 (7 oz.) can diced chilies
  • 1 (4 oz.) jar dried chipped beef
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cut off the top of the bread and remove the insides to create a bread shell.
  2. Mix sour cream, cream cheese, diced chilies, dried chipped beef, and grated Cheddar cheese in a large bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture inside the bread shell.
  4. Replace the top of the bread and wrap it in foil.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
