Artichoke Crostini

Crispy, cheesy artichoke crostini featuring creamy mayonnaise, Parmesan, and chopped artichoke hearts, perfect as an appetizer for gatherings or casual entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 1 French Baguette
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Slice the baguette into 36 slices, each about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
  2. Place the bread slices cut side down on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  3. Bake at 400°F for 5 minutes or until the slices are crisp.
  4. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, drained and chopped artichoke hearts, and minced garlic.
  5. Spread the artichoke mixture onto the toasted baguette slices and serve.
