Ingredients

  • 2 (14 oz.) cans artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Paprika

Instructions

  1. Cut the artichoke hearts into quarters.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the artichoke hearts, grated Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe dish.
  4. Sprinkle paprika evenly over the top.
  5. Bake in a microwave oven on High for 5 to 10 minutes or in a standard oven at 325°F for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot with crackers.
