Ingredients

  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 2 small boxes lime jello
  • 1 container Cool Whip
  • chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil the crushed pineapple and add the lime jello, stirring until the jello dissolves.
  2. Mix the jello and pineapple with one container of Cool Whip and chopped walnuts (if desired).
  3. Add cottage cheese and refrigerate until chilled before serving.
