- Cut 3 to 4 bread rounds from each slice of bread, using a 1 1/2 ounce end of shot glass.
- Toast bread crumbs on one side under the broiler.
- Combine mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, dill, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Spread a small amount of the mixture on the untoasted side of each bread round.
- Top with a piece of drained artichoke heart and cover with additional cheese mixture.
- Broil until lightly browned. Sprinkle with paprika before broiling, if desired.
