Ingredients

  • 12 slices white bread
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained

Instructions

  1. Cut 3 to 4 bread rounds from each slice of bread, using a 1 1/2 ounce end of shot glass.
  2. Toast bread crumbs on one side under the broiler.
  3. Combine mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, dill, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  4. Spread a small amount of the mixture on the untoasted side of each bread round.
  5. Top with a piece of drained artichoke heart and cover with additional cheese mixture.
  6. Broil until lightly browned. Sprinkle with paprika before broiling, if desired.
