Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 lb. boneless rolled pork
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  1. Combine soy sauce, orange marmalade, ketchup, and crushed garlic in a bowl.
  2. Brush the mixture all over the pork roast.
  3. Place the roast in a slow cooker and pour the remaining sauce over it.
  4. Cover and cook on low for at least 10 hours.
  5. Alternatively, cook on high for 5 to 6 hours.
