Ingredients

  • 6 lasagne noodles (2 inches wide)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c. cooked chicken or ham

Instructions

  1. Cook lasagne noodles as shown on the package.
  2. Drain and cut the noodles in half crosswise.
  3. In a pan, cook minced garlic, thyme, flour, and milk, stirring until thickened.
  4. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
  5. Butter a Pyrex dish and layer 1/3 of the noodles, sauce, cheese, and cooked chicken or ham.
  6. Repeat the layers twice.
  7. Bake in the oven until the cheese is well melted.
