- Cook lasagne noodles as shown on the package.
- Drain and cut the noodles in half crosswise.
- In a pan, cook minced garlic, thyme, flour, and milk, stirring until thickened.
- Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
- Butter a Pyrex dish and layer 1/3 of the noodles, sauce, cheese, and cooked chicken or ham.
- Repeat the layers twice.
- Bake in the oven until the cheese is well melted.
