Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. light spread
  • 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can peach slices, drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/3 c. light spread
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the 1/4 cup of light spread and brown sugar, mixing until well blended.
  2. Spread onto bottom of an 8-inch square pan. Arrange peaches on brown sugar mixture.
  3. Sprinkle with pecans.
