Ingredients

  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 1 Tbsp cracker crumbs
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning

Instructions

  1. Mix cracker crumbs, parsley flakes, mayonnaise, mustard, egg, and Old Bay seasoning together in a bowl.
  2. Add the mixture to the crab meat and stir lightly, checking for shells.
  3. Shape the mixture into individual crab cakes.
  4. Refrigerate the crab cakes for approximately 15 minutes.
  5. Saute the crab cakes in 2 tablespoons of oil and margarine until browned.
