Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken livers
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves
  • 4 tablespoons onion juice

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken livers for 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the cooked livers.
  3. Process the mixture in a blender until smooth.
