Instructions
- Use three salts to heavily salt the brisket.
- Pour liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce over the brisket.
- Seal tightly with foil and cook at 225°F for 8 to 10 hours.
- Remove from oven and pour off the liquid.
- Cool the liquid and remove the fat.
- Let the meat cool, remove any remaining fat, slice, and return to the baking dish.
- Pour the sauce over the meat, cover with foil, and heat at 350°F until hot.
