Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 lb. brisket
  • celery salt
  • garlic salt
  • onion salt
  • 6 Tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Use three salts to heavily salt the brisket.
  2. Pour liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce over the brisket.
  3. Seal tightly with foil and cook at 225°F for 8 to 10 hours.
  4. Remove from oven and pour off the liquid.
  5. Cool the liquid and remove the fat.
  6. Let the meat cool, remove any remaining fat, slice, and return to the baking dish.
  7. Pour the sauce over the meat, cover with foil, and heat at 350°F until hot.
