Ingredients

  • 3 cups cake flour, sifted 3 times
  • 2 7/8 cups sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla or almond flavoring

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and beat well.
  2. Pour batter into a bundt pan or loaf pans.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 325°F (160°C) for 1 1/2 hours if using a bundt pan or 45 minutes if using loaf pans.
