A comforting autumn-inspired casserole combining creamy potatoes, savory smoked sausage, melted cheese, and fresh green onions, perfect for a cozy family dinner or casual gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 qt. chopped cooked potatoes
  • 7 slices of deluxe cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions
  • 1/4 cup Kraft creamy Italian dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. pimiento
  • 1 lb. Hillshire Farm smoked sausage
  • 3 slices cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix the chopped cooked potatoes, 7 slices of cheese, green onions, creamy Italian dressing, and pimiento lightly.
  2. Spoon the mixture into an 11 3/4 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish.
  3. Top with the smoked sausage, cut into six equal portions.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until thoroughly baked.
  5. Top with 3 cheese slices, cut in half diagonally.
  6. Continue baking until the cheese begins to melt.
