Ingredients

  • 1 medium ripe avocado
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. dill weed
  • dash of hot pepper sauce

Instructions

  1. Peel, seed, and mash the ripe avocado with lemon juice.
  2. Blend until smooth and add dill weed and hot pepper sauce.
  3. Carefully spread the avocado mixture on chips.
  4. Garnish with a slice of green olive and serve immediately as an appetizer.
