Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/3 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (fat free)
  • 3 to 4 medium ripe avocados

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the yogurt, black pepper, garlic powder, dry mustard, salt, and Worcestershire sauce and blend for 2 minutes at low speed.
  2. Add mayonnaise and blend for 30 seconds at low speed, then increase to medium speed and blend for an additional 2 minutes.
  3. Slowly add the ripe avocados and blend at low speed for no longer than 4 minutes.
  4. Refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
  5. Use as a salad dressing, dip for vegetables or crackers, or on bread for a sandwich.
