Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 mashed clove garlic
  • dash pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel avocados and mash the pulp.
  2. Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced onion, chili powder, salt, mashed garlic, and pepper; mix well.
  3. Cover and let stand for one hour.
  4. Serve with corn chips.
