  • water

Instructions

  1. Add water to the cornmeal, onion, and garlic salt to achieve a thin, batter-like consistency.
  2. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  3. Preheat a greased griddle over medium heat.
  4. Pour 4-inch patties of the batter onto the hot griddle.
  5. Fry until golden brown, then turn and cook the other side.
  6. The thinner the batter, the more lace-like the cornbread will be.
