Ingredients

  • 4 diced medium ripe tomatoes
  • 4 oz can chopped green chilies
  • 1 chopped medium onion
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • dash pepper
  • 2 tbsp vinegar

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Let stand several hours to allow flavors to mingle.
  3. Keep refrigerated.
  4. Serve with Mexican food or as an appetizer with cocktail-sized frozen beef tacos.
