Ingredients

  • 24 oz. can diced tomatoes
  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 4 oz. medium green pepper, diced
  • 1 small jalapeno, diced
  • 1 medium white onion, diced
  • 1 tsp. granulated garlic
  • 1 oz. lemon juice
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped finely
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 8 oz. water

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate leftovers before serving.
  3. Serve with taco chips.
