Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 lb. stew meat
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix (dry)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. oil

Instructions

  1. Season stew meat as desired.
  2. Put meat in a bag with flour and shake until well coated.
  3. Brown meat in oil; drain excess.
  4. Add mushroom soup, dry onion soup mix, and 1 can of water.
  5. Simmer on low to medium heat for about 15 to 20 minutes.
