Back to School Bars
Ingredients
- 34 cup firmly packed brown sugar ⓘ
- 12 cup sugar ⓘ
- 1 (8 ounce) container plain low-fat yogurt or 1 (8 ounce) container low-fat vanilla yogurt ⓘ
- 2 egg whites ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil ⓘ
- 1 jar prune baby food ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons milk ⓘ
- 2 teaspoons vanilla ⓘ
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon ⓘ
- 1 12 cups flour ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon baking soda ⓘ
- 12 teaspoon salt (optional) ⓘ
- 3 cups oats (I used 1/2 quick and 1/2 old fashioned) ⓘ
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350*.
- Mix sugars, yogurt, egg whites, oil, milk, prunes and vanilla.
- Combine all other ingredients with these.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Pour into 9 x 13 pan.
- Bake at 350* for 25 minutes.
- Cut into bars, store tightly covered.
