Ingredients

  • 2 cups kidney beans, drained
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • Thousand Island salad dressing (Kraft)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine kidney beans, chopped eggs, chopped celery, chopped onion, and enough Thousand Island dressing to moisten.
  2. Toss lightly to mix all ingredients well.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Chill the salad before serving.
