Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon cloves
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 (No. 2) can pumpkin

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.

  3. Pour the batter into a greased and floured tube or loaf pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 60 to 70 minutes until the cake springs back when touched.
  5. Allow to cool before removing from the pan.
