Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2/3 cup cooked bacon
  • 2 1/2 cups white bread flour
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon first, save the fat, crumble, and then re mix with the fat before you measure it.
  2. Add ingredients in the order suggested by the bread machine manufacturer, use white, rapid, or delay bake cycles.
