- Separate the eggs into yolks and whites.
- In a bowl, mix together the egg yolks, melted butter, milk, chopped bacon or ham, pepper, salt, and parsley.
- Set the yolk mixture aside.
- In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff, about 2 minutes.
- Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the yolk mixture.
- Pour the combined mixture into 6-ounce custard cups.
- Place the cups in an oblong pan filled with 1-inch hot water.
- Bake in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes.
