Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Fry bacon until crisp.
  2. Remove bacon and crumble; set aside.
  3. Stir vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and pepper into bacon grease; heat to boiling.
  4. Pour hot dressing over lettuce and sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
