Ingredients

  • 1 large loaf white bread, crust trimmed
  • 1 lb sliced bacon, each strip cut into 3 strips
  • 1 can mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Cut the loaf of white bread into 3 pieces from each slice after trimming the crust.
  2. Spread mushroom soup on each piece of bread.
  3. Wrap each bread piece with a strip of bacon, using 1-third of a bacon strip per piece.
  4. Arrange all bacon-wrapped bread pieces on a cookie sheet.
  5. Freeze the assembled rolls until firm.
  6. Store frozen rolls in bags until ready to bake.
  7. Bake in a 350°F oven for 25 to 30 minutes until browned and crispy.
