Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, peeled
  • 3 onions, sliced
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 pound sliced bacon

Instructions

  1. Quarter the peeled potatoes and place them in a shallow 2-quart baking dish with the sliced onions.
  2. Sprinkle the vegetables with flour, seasoned salt, celery salt, and paprika; toss until well coated, then press down in the dish.
  3. Add water to reach half the depth of the vegetables.
  4. Arrange the sliced bacon on top of the vegetables.
  5. Cover the dish with a lid or foil and bake in a hot oven at 400°F for 30 minutes.
  6. Uncover and bake for an additional 20 minutes until the bacon is crispy and top is browned.
