Ingredients

  • 6 potatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 4 strips bacon
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the potatoes, then place them in a foil-lined baking pan.
  2. Dice the red onion and sprinkle it over the sliced potatoes.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then lay strips of bacon over the potatoes and onions.
