Ingredients

  • 1 lb bacon
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 to 5 dashes Tabasco
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder

Instructions

  1. Cut bacon strips into three pieces.
  2. Mix eggs with Tabasco, garlic powder, and chili powder.
  3. Coat bacon pieces with the egg mixture and dip generously in Parmesan cheese.
  4. Place coated bacon on cookie sheets.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes, checking at 15 minutes and turning if necessary.
