Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 pound cooked ham, ground
  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon cloves
  • 2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Soak bread crumbs in milk.
  2. Combine bread crumbs, ground ham, ground pork, egg, honey, ground cinnamon, and cloves. Mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf in a greased 2-quart shallow baking dish.
  4. Bake until cooked through and browned on top.
