Ingredients

  • 3 lb. fresh tuna
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 1/4 c. lime juice
  • 1 c. dry white wine
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp. grated ginger
  • 6 slices bacon

Instructions

  1. Cut the tuna into 6 steaks, each about 1 inch thick.
  2. Remove any skin or bones from the tuna.
  3. Mix olive or vegetable oil, lime juice, white wine, crushed garlic, and grated ginger to prepare the marinade.
  4. Marinate the tuna steaks in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Wrap each tuna steak with a slice of bacon.
