Ingredients

  • 5 cups broth
  • 100 g rice
  • 150 g spinach, chopped
  • 50 g gruyere cheese
  • 150 g fresh peas
  • 12 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Bring broth to a boil in a saucepan, add rice and peas, salt and pepper and cook for 15 minutes.
  2. Then add the spinach and parsley and butter or margarine and cook for another 10 minutes.
  3. Serve hot with grated Gruyere cheese.
